Bhavish Bagga, the Founder of UniPath, noticed a gap in the overseas education consultancy sector. He recognized the need for genuine and effective education counseling. Thus, UniPath was born with the intention of providing top-notch guidance to students interested in studying abroad.
His vision of representing prestigious universities in India evolved into a comprehensive plan to offer Indian youth the finest guidance. UniPath aims to help students study in their dream country and preferred college with the most suitable specializations. Through this endeavor, universities gain access to a pool of potential students from India.
Our Founder
Bhavish has assisted thousands of international students in successfully graduating in the UK, helping them fulfill their dreams. He firmly believes that overseas education opens doors to future employment opportunities and a better life. Bhavish is passionate about fostering institutional collaborations and new agent networks to enable more students to study in the UK. With almost 18 years of experience in the International Education Sector, he has nurtured significant relationships with university representatives. This enables him and his team to assist students transparently and impartially in realizing their aspirations.
During his tenure, Bhavish has effectively established and nurtured partnerships with prestigious institutions such as Coventry University UK, University for the Creative Arts UK, and LaSalle College Canada in the South Asia market. He played a key role in their continuous growth and success.

Past Experience:
At the University of Creative Arts, Bhavish’s journey began as the Regional Recruitment Manager for North India, Nepal, and Sri Lanka from July 2019 to September 2023. He transformed the South Asia team, recruiting over a thousand students in just four years. Due to his diligence and determination, he was swiftly promoted to the role of Country Manager – South Asia Region in just three months.
In his past role, Bhavish led the UCA – South Asia recruitment and admissions team, overseeing student recruitment in Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan. He maintained the international client database, conducted PCI (mock) Interviews, and offered course counseling to students. Additionally, he represented the University at local and international educational events, formulated marketing strategies, and monitored market trends. Bhavish regularly visited target markets to gather feedback, monitor trends, and propose solutions. Collaboration was crucial, and he worked closely with the South Asia Admission and Recruitment teams. He successfully achieved yearly enrollment targets, enrolling over thousands of students from South Asia in the past four years. He utilized CRM software for streamlined operations, reporting, budget planning, and travel coordination.
- Bhavish worked with LaSalle College International as an International Recruitment Manager, promoting 23 campuses in India, Nepal, and Bangladesh from October 2017 to March 2019 (1 year and 6 Months). Here, he provided all the Marketing and Admission related support to the network of Agents and students, conducted agent training workshops and seminars, and compiled periodicals/situational reports. He even conducted spot interview sessions with agents and training sessions for new counselors employed by the agents.
- He worked with Coventry University as an International Recruitment Manager from December 2014 – October 2017 (2 Years and 11 Months).
- He worked with Middlesex University as a Senior Counselor from April 2011 to December 2014 (3 Years and 9 Months). In addition to universities, he was associated with the International Education Centre and various country embassies.
- Bhavish worked with Viv’s International Education Centre from 2008 – 2010 (2 Years).
- He worked with TTK Services, handling visa applications for various countries’ embassies, from 2006 – 2008 (2 years).
